  • Living Products: Please note that plants and living products are subject to natural variations. While we take great care in packaging, their condition upon arrival can be influenced by transit time and environmental factors beyond our control. We provide care instructions where possible, but the success of plant growth depends on appropriate care by the customer.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or issues with payment.

  • Payment: Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered on our website.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email does not signify our acceptance of your order; it merely confirms that we have received it.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship within South Africa. Specific delivery areas and associated costs will be detailed during the checkout process.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

 

  • Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our primary products (plants), returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you must notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

  • Non-Perishable Goods: For non-perishable goods, returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

6. User Accounts
