Chilli 'Jalapeno'

Chilli Jalapeno (Capsicum annuum) is a widely popular medium-sized chili pepper known for its moderate heat, typically ranging from 2,500 to 8,000 Scoville Heat Units. Originating from Mexico, it's commonly grown in South Africa and offers a slightly fruity and grassy flavour. Jalapenos are incredibly versatile, used fresh in salsas, salads, and guacamole, pickled for a tangy bite, smoked and dried as chipotles for a smoky depth, or stuffed and baked for a delicious appetiser.
