Marjoram

Marjoram is a staple in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, where it's prized for its ability to subtly enhance a wide range of dishes. It pairs exceptionally well with poultry, lamb, fish, tomatoes, and vegetables, and is a fantastic addition to soups, stews, sauces, and salad dressings, often added towards the end of cooking to preserve its delicate aroma.
